A new country. A fresh start. A life that's yours to build — one choice at a time. JAAPA is a free browser life-simulation game: create a blocky character, pass through the Immigration hall, board Flight JA 001 and arrive in New York.

From there it's up to you. Start with 100,000 tokens, keep your hunger and energy up at the Bukka and at home, take one of seven jobs in the Hustle app, and save for land, a house, a business or a car from J-Motors. Houses and businesses earn income every day — and you can list your home for rent and become a landlord. Work your way from No status to Citizen.

You're not alone: chat with nearby players in J-Chat, wave and dance together, adopt a pet, invite friends into your home, climb the Ranks, vote for mayor and rent a billboard with your own photo — all with JAAPA FM playing in the background. And if you turn outlaw, raise your wanted level and see if you can outrun the police — or pay bail at the City Jail.
